Dear Creative Writing, 

This class was fun and i’m going to miss it next year. I have loved this class all year. I got to make a few short stories than in my opinion aren’t that good. I’m my hardest critic. I got to learn about different ways to write. Some of them are poems, short stories, re-doing fairy tales, and a few more. In my opinion I can come up with a great story line i’m just not good at writing the story itself. I don’t think that i’m good at writing but this was a fun class. I will never forget this experience. I know this is really short but good bye I’ve had fun.

Merlin 

This TV show fallows Merlin and Arthur before he was a king. The show starts when Uther is still king and magic is still outlawed. Both Merlin and Arthur are teenagers at the beginning of the show. When Merlin first came to Camelot he had no control over his magic. The first time the boys meet each other Merlin stops Arthur from bulling a servant, turning into Arthur trying to kill Merlin. At this time a sorcerer is trying to kill Arthur because Uther killed her son. At the banquet for the death of a sorcerer the mother put everyone to sleep with a song except for Merlin. He got a chandler to fall on her and everyone started to wake up. With the last of her energy she threw a dagger at Arthur. Merlin saved him and Uther made Merlin Arthur’s Manservant.

My thoughts on the show: I love this show. Merlin has to save Arthur form every single magical or not magical threat in the shadows with no one knowing what he does. He talks to a dragon for advice. One down side of a dragon advice giver is that he never gives a strait answer, he only talks in riddles. Arthur is an oblivious, idiot. He just has to make Merlin’s life harder with his disregard of his own life. I mean seriously Merlin screams his spells right behind, in front, and beside you Arthur. Just about everyone in Camelot are oblivious idiots. I mean if someone, anyone besides Lancelot and Guis finds out that Merlin is a sorcerer I will scream,”FINALLY  YOU DENSE PEOPLE FIGURED IT OUT!” I love this show but gods those people are dense.

The Originals 

The Originals is a spin off series of the vampire diaries. It takes place after the vampire diaries and fallows Klaus Mikealson, the original hybrid. Klaus goes to the French Quarter because of a rumor saying a witch is conspiring against him. When he gets there he finds out that his adopted son Marcel, who he thought as dead for 100 years, has taken his home from him. Klaus’ brother Elijah followed him because the older brother always has to clean up the younger ones mess. When Eli got there he met a witch that showed him that Klaus is having a baby with a werewolf girl. With werewolves being band in the Quarter and the fact that she can’t leave New Orleans without getting killed and it magically linted with a witch she needs help. With everyone trying to kill the mother and the baby things get way out of hand.

My thoughts on the show: Me personally I love this show. Klaus is a good guy that just has a bad past. He loves his family, but goes about showing it in the wrong way. For instance, he doesn’t want his siblings to leave him so he has these daggers that won’t kill them but put them in a sleep like snow white but they won’t wake up from a kiss you need to take out the dagger. Elijah is the noble of the family. All he wants is for his siblings to be happy. He thinks that the baby (Hope) will be the thing that brings his family happiness. Kol is the crazy, fun, homicidal bother. After he and his siblings got turned into vampires he kind of snapped. When he’s not daggered he will happily kill anything an everything. Bex is the sad romantic. She would fall in love very easily and fast. She always wanted to be a mother but when that was taken from her she snapped but not as bad as Kol. Hope (the baby) is the first tribrid, a third witch, vampire, and werewolf. She is just the cutest little crazy kid. I love all of these guys. This is one of my favorite t.v. shows.

Step four: Pick up your bow and have it pointed to the ground at your side. 

Step five: Grab an arrow and have the pointy end(the arrow head) pointed at the ground.

Step six: Connect the back of the arrow to the string. Have every thing still pointed to the ground.

Step seven: Lift the bow and arrow so its pointed at the target. 

Step eight: Pull the string back with the arrow. Pull the string until your fingers are to your cheek. 

Step nine: Aim with both eyes open.

Step ten: FIRE! 

That is all you need to know to fire a compact bow.

There once was a small pack that loved each other.

There was Klaus the crazy wolf,

Beks, the one who loves too much,

Kol, the one that comes back from the dead,

Eli, the proud,

Finn, the snake,

Frey, the witch,

And Rick, the dead.

 

One day they come to know of a small light that may bring a smile to the old wolf’s face,

the light was in the form of a baby that held all the hope for this small pack.

The baby is the one thing that has brought love to the wolf in all his years of life.

But before she was even born a lot wanted her dead,

just to spite the wolf.

 

Not even a day after Hope was born she was close to being killed,

So to try and keep her safe from the evil in the dark the pack had to send her away.

The wolf locked himself away in hopes of keeping his little wolf safe.

The whole pack fought to leave the dark so their only light could one day come home,

And make the old, lone wolf smile once more.

Hidden Moon (The Keeper Saga) K.R. Thompson 

Summery: Nikki Harmon, a 17 year old girl, has just been forced to move from her home town in Florida to Bland, Virginia. She thinks her life and the town are going to be as boring as the towns namesake. Little does she know that the woods that surround the town hold amazing and terrifying secrets. One being a centuries old Indian legend closely guarded by a boy known as Adam Black Water, the leader of a pack of boys known as the Keepers. Nikki soon finds out that the woods have more magic and danger in them because of a killer on the Appalachian Trail is still on the loose.

My thoughts on the book: 

I have read this book around 3 or 4 times so I love the book. Nikki is so much fun. If I was anyone in this book I’m Nikki because in her situation I’d have the same reaction or close to it, maybe a little more excited about the magic. At first Adam is a jerk but after a little bet he’s nicer and you understand why he was being a jerk. Brian is just a cute big blue eyed boy. The keepers are fun and very protective guys. Nikki’s sister as cute as a button. That’s about it with out spoiling something.

Aru Shah And The End Of Time by Roshani Chokshi

Aru Shah is a 12/13 year old girl that has a habit of stretching the truth. She lives in a Indian culture museum her mom runs. She makes up stories about going to Paris and being royalty. Then one day three kids in her class show up at the museum with her dressed in spider man pj’s. They catch her in a lie and doesn’t believe that a lamp in the museum is cursed so to prove she’s telling the truth she lights it.

The next thing you know everyone nearby was stopped in time but Aru her self. Unknowingly Aru unleashed the sleeper demon who is tiring to free the god of destruction. The only way to stop him is if she finds the reincarnations of the legendary Pandava brothers and go to threw the Kingdom of Death.

My thoughts on the book: I don’t think Aru is a lier she just sees the world in a different way than everyone else. In all honesty I think that I would do the same thing Mini did, freak out at every little thing then come up with a plan. This book kept making me laugh I had to stop reading it in class so I wouldn’t disturb them.

The New Avenger Movie.

I’m a strange person and this movie is driving me crazy. I know it’s coming out this month. My mind is just going around in circles about if anyone is going to die or if whats left of the heroes can bring back everyone that Thantos snapped into oblivion. I keep coming up with theories on whats going to happen. I also have been reading a lot of avenger fan-fiction. So pretty much my mind has been occupied buy this movie for awhile. 

There are so many things i think should happen in this movie. One they should bring in the DC characters, because I think the X-Men and the Bat family would be fun combo with whats left of the avengers. Just think about it. Batman, Robin, Nightwing, Red hood, Red Robin, and Batgirl with Captain America and everyone else, it would be hilarious. The bat bros would be the comic relief this movies going to need if what’s left of the Avengers die. To me them dieing is the most likely thing that is going to happen and I for one want to have some comic relief if i’m going to lose my favorite characters. Those are just some of my thoughts about this, if I really wanted to I could do a lot more theories on this but I don’t want this to go on forever.

Six Of Crows by Leigh Bardugo

In the city of Ketterdam anything can be bought it all depends on the price. In this city there are many gangs fighting over boundaries in the barwl. Kaz Brekker, the unspoken leader of the Dregs, is offered the chance to get the wealth of his dreams with the deadliest heist. He can’t do it alone. A convent, a spy, sharpshooter, runaway, a thief with a gift for crazy escapes, and a grisha. Six dangerous people, one impossible heist, and a few want to kill each other.

My thoughts about the book: Kaz is an idiot, but a crazy genius. Inej is my favorite person. Matthias needs to get over himself. Jesper needs to go to a gambling rehab. Nina make very rash decisions. Waylen is a cute little kid. The would the author is amazing. I love the fact that there are people that have powers, I just feel bad on how they are treated. I love how they work and react to each other. I love how Kaz always has a plan and even if he didn’t he makes you think he does, also the fact that even if no one but him knows everything going on his team fallows what the tells them to do.

Those are my thoughts on this book with out spoiling much of anything. It’s a really good book.
